Lets Get Fit version 2, is your favorite count to 100 song, but with new exercises that are great for the classroom or at physical education. I consulted with physical education teachers in developing this new count to 100 song.

This count to 100 song includes some creative and fun new exercises and some physical education balancing positions that are required in PE. The balancing on right and left leg and holding was suggested by our physical education instructors, and I loved it.

We are so pleased this count to 100 song has become so popular all over the world. Children seem to love the energy of the music that is gre-cat for motivating children to move. I try to do my part and do the song with energy and enthusiasm too.

Exercise is so important for our children. I believe in it, and try to swim, run or bike everyday. I say the numbers very clearly so children can understand and say them with me as we count to 100.
