Welcome to VideoLink, a service operated by Vitzo LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VideoLink platform. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on VideoLink. Users under 13 may access the platform only through authorized educational use, such as when a school or teacher shares content with them.
By creating an account or logging in, you confirm that you are 13 or older, or that appropriate consent has been provided on your behalf under applicable privacy laws, including COPPA and FERPA.
You may use VideoLink with or without creating an account. If you log in via Google, you authorize us to use your account information (Google ID, name, email) strictly for login and authentication purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use VideoLink only for lawful purposes. You may not:

You may create custom titles, descriptions, playlists, and (if available) thumbnails within the platform. You retain all ownership rights in your customizations. These customizations apply only to how content is displayed within VideoLink and do not affect the original content on YouTube or other platforms.
By submitting content to VideoLink, you grant Vitzo LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the service.
We reserve the right to remove or modify user-generated content that violates laws, infringes rights, or is misleading, abusive, or harmful.
All intellectual property rights in the VideoLink platform, including its name, design, software, and branding, are owned by Vitzo LLC. You may not use our trademarks or reproduce any part of the platform without prior written consent.
All billing is managed by our Merchant of Record, FastSpring. When purchasing a subscription, you agree to FastSpring's Terms of Service. We do not store your payment information.
You are responsible for managing cancellations and refunds through the FastSpring portal or support links included in your receipts.
VideoLink uses YouTube API Services and other third-party providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:
Please note that VideoLink's features rely on third-party platforms such as YouTube. If any third-party provider alters or restricts their services or API functionality, certain VideoLink features may be limited, degraded, or disabled without prior notice. Vitzo LLC is not responsible for any disruptions caused by such external changes.
VideoLink is an independent platform and is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google. Any references to YouTube or Google are made solely to describe features of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to VideoLink at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or abuse the service.
To the extent permitted by law, VideoLink and Vitzo LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
VideoLink is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the platform at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vitzo LLC, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of VideoLink, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
VideoLink supports the protection of intellectual property and expects users to comply with applicable copyright laws. We respond to clear notices of alleged infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

VideoLink may be used by educational institutions. When a school or educator uses the platform on behalf of students, they are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents under applicable privacy laws, including COPPA and FERPA.
By using VideoLink or creating an account for school-related purposes, the school or teacher agrees to the Student Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available at video.link/data-processing.
By accepting the Terms of Service and DPA, the school designates Vitzo LLC as a "school official" under FERPA and agrees that student data will be processed solely for legitimate educational interests.
VideoLink does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 except where authorized by a school acting as the parent's agent, consistent with COPPA. We do not serve ads, build profiles, or sell personal data. Any student access must be initiated and managed by an authorized educator or institution.
We use encryption and other industry-standard safeguards to protect user data. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal or contractual obligations. For educational accounts, student data is retained in accordance with our Student Data Processing Agreement and may be deleted upon request.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any legal action or proceeding must be brought exclusively in the courts located in Wyoming. You agree to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
