At VideoLink, operated by Vitzo LLC, your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. By using VideoLink, you agree to the terms described here.

1. Account Eligibility

VideoLink does not support account creation for users under the age of 13. Users under 13 may access VideoLink only through school-facilitated access or with appropriate educational consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without proper authorization. If we become aware that such information has been collected without consent, we will delete it promptly.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and may associate it with your usage data.
  • Technical Data: Including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and interactions with our platform.
  • Cookies and Local Storage: Used to enhance functionality, retain login sessions, and analyze platform use.
  • User-Modified Video Info: When you change a video's title or description within VideoLink, that customization is stored solely to personalize your shared VideoLink link. These changes do not alter the original video on YouTube, do not modify the embedded player, and are not submitted to YouTube.

We do not collect passwords, private message content, or behavioral tracking data beyond what is necessary for platform functionality.

For users in the European Union, a cookie consent banner is displayed before any non-essential cookies or analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) are activated. You may choose to accept, reject, or customize these preferences.

FastSpring complies with GDPR, the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and California privacy regulations. EU users are provided with consent options and data disclosures during checkout.
