Key Stage 3 students (11-15 years old) from The Beacon School, Surrey debate the the motion "This House believes that schools should exclude bullies".

The debate uses a 3-a-side format:

• 1st and 2nd proposition and opposition speeches of 3 minutes each (with Points of Information)

• a floor debate

• Opposition and proposition summary speeches of 3 minutes each (with no Points of Information allowed)
