Deep in the Arctic Region lives a community of penguins who love to march in straight lines, do graceful dives off icebergs, and sing pretty songs - all of them that is, except for Tacky. Tacky is an odd bird who does things a bit differently than the other penguins do. He likes to wear Hawaiian shirts with bow ties, do splashy cannonballs, and he couldnt march in a straight line if his life depended on it!

One day the hunters come looking for some pretty penguins to capture and sell. All of the penguins run in fright - all except for Tacky.
