Dr. Seuss "Horton Hatches the Egg" narrated by some guy with mad skills. This story is a terrific illustration of what happens when parents defer their parenting and rearing responsibilities to outside sources. Mazy didnt want to be "held back" by motherhood and so in the end the childs development was more influenced by Horton who was the more faithful, involved parent.
