Thats Right! In homage to the release of...‘THE RISE OF SKYWALKER, Im Bringing to you your very own ‘STAR WARS (Light Side) Workout.
This workout is part of a double Star Wars release from me. This is the Light side ‘JEDI’ workout and there is also a Dark side ‘SITH’ workout.
It’s up to you to choose from the LIGHT or the DARK.
All you need is a Lightsaber, a stop-watch, and of course THE FORCE! :)
Set a timer to 30secs work and 10secs rest and perform these 5 JEDI exercises 4 times round with a 50secs rest in-between rounds.
Try to perform this 3-4 times this week and Get those JEDI Calories Burning :)

LUKE BLASTS - 30sec
YODA BLOCKS - 30secs
QUI-GON HOLD - 30secs
FORCE FLOW - 30secs
SKYWALKER STRIKES (LEFT) - 30secs
CHEWIE CRUNCH - 30secs
SKYWALKER STRIKES (RIGHT) - 30secs
