Tamatha, an assembler at the Rockwell Automation production facility in Twinsburg, Ohio, explains her duties on the conformal coat machine, coating and curing circuit boards. What Tamatha likes best about her job is there’s always something new to learn – and plenty of aids and people to help. With the facility running multiple shifts, it’s easy for workers and new hires to find a schedule that works for them.
