Identifying Subjects and Predicates This video defines and demonstrates both subject and predicate as necessary components of forming complete sentences. Identifying Subjects and Predicates uses video imagery and voice-over to provide participatory examples using a step by step format to empower students to look for clues in finding both the subject and predicate of simple sentences.

I’ve created an entire series of teaching videos to explain the components of English Language

Arts in a way that connects them to each other and to real world reading, speaking, and writing. The links for the videos in order are below. Please look for my other videos and share them with others that may find them helpful.
