Alphabet Workout strengthens alphabet recognition, letter formation skills and fitness of your class. My Alphabet Workout song - Lower Case follows the Zaner - Bloser instructions for writing the lower case letters to develop the exercise movements and verbal letter formation directions.

This song incorporates visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning. Gross motor movements are used to form the letters to enhance physical activity. Children follow my movements as I form the lower case letters of the alphabet.

The more we engage our children in movement, the more we really are strengthening their health and well-being. I made the letters as large as possible so your children can clearly see and watch me form the letters.
