After a warm-up of jogging in place, Elijah, Olivia, and Caleb will take turns spinning the wheel of fitness to determine what exercises you’ll be doing! Every workout was designed for everyone, at every fitness level, with no equipment required. So feel free to follow along or go at your own pace!
