THE FORCE WILL BE WITH YOU, ALWAYS!!...

Thats Right!! Im Bringing to you your very own JEDI HIIT Workout.

All you need is a Lightsaber, a stop-watch, and of course THE FORCE! :)

Set a timer to 40secs work and 10secs rest and perform these 5 JEDI exercises 4 times round with a 50secs rest in-between rounds.

Try to perform this 3-4 times this week and Get those JEDI Calories Burning :)

Your Exercises :-

QUI-GON LUNGES - 40sec

SKYWALKER SQUATS - 40secs

YODA CRUNCH - 40secs

OBI-WAN STRIKES (LEFT) - 40secs

OBI-WAN STRIKES (RIGHT) - 40secs
