Media used to be straightforward. People produced things like magazines, newspapers, radio and television, then distributed them to the masses. Today, we have a network of digital connections with no beginning and no end. But there’s one thing about media that hasn’t changed: Media are constructions.

Our Digital Literacy 101 resources were developed with financial support from CIRA’s Community Investment Program and Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada’s CanCode Program.
