This is a very useful "welcome song" for educators and music and movement leaders, because it gets kids (and adults) moving, following actions and participating right away. Babies and toddlers enjoy this song, because its easy to follow and they learn to anticipate what is coming next.

Nancy is easy to follow and the actions are simple. Get moving as you clap, stomp, play peek-a-boo, go side to side and count to 3. Once you know the song well enough, you can add your own lyrics, and do whichever actions you want!
